All riders, handlers, and spectators use the showjumping arena and associated facilities entirely at their own risk. New Hatches accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, or accident sustained by any person or horse while on the premises, including during arena hire, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. By booking and using the arena, users confirm that they understand and accept the inherent risks associated with equestrian activities and agree that New Hatches shall not be held liable for any injury or damage arising from such use.
